Arrived at VIP as they were opening, asked how they're schedule was, was told wide open, picked tires at sat in waiting area, after an hour I was told I needed engine & cabin air filter, I said sure, can they check the rear brakes also. My car came off the lift and a van went on, 1/2 hr. later my car went back up, lugs nuts removed, tires still on, one tech came out said he's falling asleep waiting for his part, I said he could help on my car because no one is working on it. He came back out and said two guys are on it. 1/2 hr. later my car was done. Cashier asked if I wanted road hazard, I said no, paid bill seemed high but had to get daughter to a Dr's appointment. Got home and cleaned grease off seat, door panel, steering wheel and shifter. TPMS light was on, should go out after driving, my wife drove to Boston and back, light was still on, tire pressures we 21psi, 21psi,23psi,34psi, I adjusted, light went out. Checked itemized bill and I was charged $84 for road hazard coverage. I'll stick to Town Fair Tire in the future.

I brought my 2015 f150 here recently to have an inspection test done and a list of small concerns I wanted looked into. I got all the information I needed and a quote. I asked what could be done for longevity. I was informed that the individual that was working on my truck was previously a ford technician and would look into it. I knew from the start I needed a vacuum pump (which was leaking oil). They called to tell me my turbos were not in good shape and they should be repaired. This was a big job in itself, not including anything that could go wrong. But they were willing to do it. They did run into issues with having to order hoses and things separately. And of course as it’s an old truck the bolts to the manifolds broke. They called me every step of the way to make me aware of any issues that could or did arise and what the repairs costs would be. I asked them to go ahead and finish it up. We had already came this far. I discussed that I would be unable to pay all at once due to the large repair bill. They were willing to take several payments and keep my vehicle there safely without any extra added fees for storage. The customer service was wonderful and communication was the

My car popped a tire on the way from RI to Maine. Unfortunately, I had to finish the drive up on a donut tire. I drove to VIP Tires and they went above and beyond to get my car in last minute and were extremely professional, caring, and assuring that I would be all set for my drive back to RI the next day. I highly recomment VIP Tires and thank them sincerely for their friendly professionalism!!!

I love coming to this location & have been for years! The atmosphere is always calm and non-judgmental. The staff here are so down to earth, kind & transparent, they always go out of their way to make sure that their customers are getting good deals & are being taken care of. If they think that a customer can get a better deal some place else, they will tell them! I’ve trusted this location with every vehicle I have had & I have no regrets. :)
